Grant & Grant provides private company financial and operational information and develops analysis solutions. By doing so, we hope to give people data they can understand and use and practical advise which helps them make better financial and operational decisions.

Sidney Grant - Member/President

Sid Grant is the founder of Grant & Grant LLC.
Sidney Grant founded Grant & Grant in 2001 after holding various management roles of increasing responsibility with large wireless telecommunications and long distance telephone providers. Mr Grant has recieved numerous awards for Excellence in Business, Leadership,Negotiations, Organizational Operations and Development, and Community service
Mr. Grant began his career in telecommunication in 1983 after the divestiture of AT&T. In 1991 Mr. Grant turned his attention toward the rapidly growing wireless communication industry. He accepted a management opportunity to redesign and manage all functions of the Billing and Information Systems Support department for Vanguard Cellular Systems, Inc.(CellurONE). He continued to increase his responsibilities to include directing all activities for billing, rating, roaming, payment remittance, lockbox administration, fraud prevention, technical support, software application support and Vanguard's User Help Desk.
Mr. Grant served on the CTIA Cybernet Committee, the governing body that set technical and billing standards for the wireless industry. He has also served on several other telecommunication committees.
Vanguard continued to experience incredible growth and Mr. Grant was asked to develop a Contract and Vendor Management department which was responsible for negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships for Vanguard's operations. Mr. Grant's negotiations resulted in enhanced service from vendors and an 50 percent average reduction in expenses. In 1998 Vanguard Cellular Systems, Inc. was acquired by AT&T Wireless. Mr. Grant was asked to develop and manage the Contracts and Vendor Management Department for AT&T's National Data Centers Operations. While serving in this capacity Mr. Grant mediated settlement of numerous vendor disputes for AT&T and negotiated contracts to save AT&T Wireless over $100,000,000 annually.
In 2001, Mr. Grant decided to leave AT&T and founded Grant & Grant. A Consulting and Advisory firm with a primary goal of providing clients with practical advice and services that will make them more profitable and efficient.
Since 2001 Grant & Grant has successfully served client's in various disciplines and size including, Small and Midium Business, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, Banking and Individual Service providers.

Deborah Grant - Healthcare Consulting Advisor

Deborah Grant, RN, BSN, MSN , CENP received her BSN and MSN from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and in 2008 completed the J&J Wharton Nurse Fellows Program. Debbie has successfully led numerous projects such as EPIC computer documentation, Magnet, Joint Commission, technology improvement projects, productivity teams, value analysis teams, and quality teams demonstrating her good judgment and competence.
She most recently worked as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer of a five hospital acute care system while also serving as the Vice President of Nursing/Patient Services. In this role she has successfully led all five hospitals through simultaneous ANCC Magnet designation in 2005 with re-designation in 2009. Debbie has consistantly engaged the nursing leadership and staff to accomplish numerous evidence based practice changes including implementing the Iowa model for research; technology changes including smart technology with IV's, lift equipment and the eICU; and implementation of relationship based care principles increasing patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
Mrs. Grant is the President of the North Carolina Organization for Nurse Leaders, members of numerous professional organizations - AONE, NCONL, ANA, NCNA, Sigma Theta Tau, Healthcare Roundtables and involved on many community boards, arts council, and civic organizations.
